IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN TRAINING AT OUR GYM, YOU MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:

All Trainers MUST provide proof of a Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification to the Fieldhouse Management Team - NO EXCEPTIONS
A current Monthly Rented Floor Fee must be maintained at all times
All Trainers must fill out a Personal Trainer Intake form to be reviewed by the Fieldhouse Management Team
Once approved by the Fieldhouse Management Team, you must provide and maintain a full coverage insurance policy listing Fieldhouse Fitness Center as an additionally insured. We will do periodic checks to verify coverage during your contracted time with our facility.
PLEASE NOTE: Outside trainers are NOT ALLOWED in our facility and current members are NOT ALLOWED to train inside the facility unless the above criteria have been adhered to.
