Meet Jill.
Hi, I'm Jill Houser, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 10 years working in the Fitness Industry. I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas with zero intentions on leaving, until I married a Navy man. GO USA!
We moved 14 times in 6 years, living on the West coast to the East coast and plenty of states between. I have to pull a Dorothy and say that "there's no place like home."
My fitness journey began a little over 10 years ago. I suffered from massive gym anxiety. I was convinced that anyone on the cardio machines were placed there to judge and watch me fumble around with the weight machines. This anxiety led to me just giving up and becoming a cardio queen. Fast forward a few years when I decided to try CrossFit, something about the welcoming community and the way the strength workouts were designed eased my nerves. The CrossFit bug bit me and I got my AFAA Group Fitness Certification along with my CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids Certification as fast as I could. I had many years of coaching and loved it. As my confidence and knowledge grew, I decided to add to my wheelhouse and sought after different certifications like Gym Jones, Maximus Method, 200 Hour Yoga and Personal Training. Personal Training is my true passion, I strive to help ease the anxiety surrounding weight training and to develop simple, effective routines for busy clients who have no time to waste. We are about putting in the real work to achieve real and lasting results.

RULES & REGULATIONS
All members must have a valid health club membership card. All members must scan in and out.
If you are under 14 you may not enter the facility during un-staffed hours without supervision, there must be adult supervision at all times.
All guests must be accompanied by their sponsoring member while using the facilities and must have a valid guest pass and registration form.
Fitness equipment is used at the member’s and guest’s own risk. Please do not exceed the schedule suggested by the trainer without his/her consultation. Time restrictions may apply to some equipment when the gym is crowded and must be adhered to.
Free weights must be returned to racks when finished. Please wipe down equipment after use. We recommend that you bring your own personal towel to do this.
T-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, workout pants and sneakers must be worn on the training floor AT ALL TIMES. Sandals, thongs, jeans, etc., are not appropriate attire for working out on any of the equipment. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule - including posing and taking pictures for body building or social media. If you choose to disregard this rule, you will be asked to leave immediately.
Members must follow the directions of the staff trainer or manager.
Infractions of the rules and regulations may be considered cause for cancellation of health club privileges. The Department of Health regulations and those of all other government agencies having jurisdiction are considered a part of these rules and regulations.
We require a 30-Day Written Notice for All Membership Cancellations. Please email help.fieldhousefitnesscenter@yahoo.com to request a cancellation and fill out the Membership Cancellation Form. No other method of cancellation will be accepted.
